The room was comfy and clean, but I found the shower nozzle broken, which was a bummer. Convenient location near heaps of restaurants!

The room I stayed in had a great balcony that provided some fresh air and a decent view, which was a nice perk after a long day. The space was roomy enough, allowing for some comfort during my time there.
The elevator experience left much to be desired as it often arrived filled with garbage bags-definitely not a cute sight. It wasn't exactly a relaxing experience. Things like the broken shower nozzle and lack of basic maintenance, such as not having towels changed, were disappointing and hindered the stay. Accessibility to drop off bags could also be a hassle during busy times. It had potential, but it’s evident there are several areas needing improvement.

it’s adorable how they think this is a hotel. After stepping into the elevator filled with garbage bags, I was greeted by the mess in the corridors. The tub was utterly ancient and made me feel uncomfortable. I would have appreciated at least a complimentary drink after all this! I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Had a fantastic group trip with friends! The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the lake and nice restaurants. We loved the secure parking for our bikes. We visited the beautiful botanical gardens and took a dip in the nearby thermal baths. Great views from our balcony added to the fun. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the local sights!
One downside was the noise from the railway station, which was pretty distracting at night. It made it a bit hard to get a good night's sleep.
